Difficulty: Lithium batteries for golf carts are usually composed of multiple cells connected in series or parallel to form a battery pack. Differences in parameters such as the capacity, voltage, and internal resistance among the cells will lead to a decline in the performance of the battery pack during use and shorten its service life. For example, during the charging and discharging process, cells with smaller capacities will reach the fully charged or fully discharged state first, thereby affecting the charging and discharging efficiency and cycle life of the entire battery pack.



Solution Process: Firstly, in the cell production process, strengthen the sorting and grouping process. Use high-precision sorting equipment to accurately measure and screen parameters such as the capacity, voltage, and internal resistance of the cells, and form battery packs with cells having similar parameters. Secondly, optimize the design and manufacturing process of the battery pack, reasonably arrange the connection mode of the cells, and adopt technologies such as equalization circuits to achieve balanced charging and discharging of each cell within the battery pack. During the assembly process of the battery pack, strictly control the welding process to ensure a firm and reliable connection between the cells, reduce the contact resistance, and minimize energy loss. At the same time, before the battery pack leaves the factory, conduct strict testing and aging tests, simulate the actual operating conditions, comprehensively detect and evaluate the performance of the battery pack, and ensure the consistency and reliability of the battery pack.
